In 1950 the twinning agreement between Duisburg and Portsmouth was signed. 2020 will see the 70th Anniversary of twinning between our two cities.
People who have visited Duisburg and made friends there have been continuing to foster links and visits between Duisburg and Portsmouth over time. They keep a record of their activities here.
